		<description>I agree, if your objective is to hire talented employees, you will only repel the good candidates by not having an anchor point for them.  A business doesn&#039;t seem legit until you do so!


Also paying for Cobra insurance or some other insurance is a good way to show you care about your employees&#039; health especially if you have less than 10 people. You really can&#039;t spare to lose someone to illness when your resources are that limited!</description>
