		<description>i have done both, too.  i think you should go to a big company in a &quot;startup group&quot; first.  It is both easier (b/c of resources and salaries) and harder (b/c resources and salaries come with people and agendas you can&#039;t control).  but needless to say kevin merritt rules the earth.</description>
