		<description>I hire on people just for the summer, running a team of about 70. And it took me a while to also realize this. If someone states a reason for not working for me, it&#039;s probably not the only reason. It&#039;s probably the only reason they care to admit. Then I waste time trying to fit them into a better situation when they are already out anyway.

And some people are just so non confrontational that now they will have a hard time telling you they are done and just not show up.</description>
