Regardless of the technology that you&#039;ve got available, the key here is to make sure that your whole team can see 3 (usually no more than 5) key metrics on a daily basis. It&#039;s even better if you can drill-down on those metrics so that you&#039;re showing relevant data. Some examples:

If you&#039;re an engineer at a startup, you&#039;ll be interested to see the number of bugs created on a daily basis. If you&#039;re working in a call center, you&#039;ll want to see the number of phone calls you&#039;ve handled in the last hour. You get the idea.</description>
